How to Submit Your Job Advertisement

1. Download the Advertisement Format

   • Choose the relevant format for your vacancy:

     • General Recruitment (All Fields)

     • Industry-Specific Roles (IT, Healthcare, Engineering, etc.)

     • Internship/Training Programs

     • Events/Workshops/Conferences (Paid Promotion Only – For details, contact us)

   • Download and fill in all required fields in the format.

2. Prepare Your Submission

   • Complete the advertisement format (.doc or .pdf).

   • Obtain a scanned copy of an authorized letter from your company, sent from the official company email address.

   • Attach your organization’s high-resolution logo (clear image).

3. Send Your Application

   • Email all documents to: support@mustapply.com

   • Subject line: “Recruitment Advertisement Submission – [Your Company Name]”

Mandatory Requirements

• Verification:
  All submitted job advertisements are manually verified by our team. We check your company details, official website, and authorization letter to ensure authenticity.

• No Charges to Users:
  Posting job advertisements is free for employers. We never ask job seekers for money. If any job post or recruiter is found soliciting money from users, we will immediately delist the advertisement and ban the employer from our platform.

• Advertisement Frequency:
  The same advertisement cannot be reposted within 15 days of its previous publication (applies to free listings).

• Original Content:
  All job posts must be original and not duplicated from other sources.

• Contact Information:
  Only official contact details (company email, phone) will be published. Personal or unofficial contact details are not accepted.
