Join Mahindra Finance as a Sales Manager for SME LAP (Loan Against Property) and lead business growth in the Mumbai region. In this role, you will manage end-to-end sales activities, develop strong customer relationships, and expand the SME lending portfolio. You will analyze market trends, source and evaluate loan proposals, execute marketing initiatives, and work closely with internal teams to drive efficient loan processing. This position is ideal for experienced sales professionals seeking a dynamic role in mortgage lending and SME finance.
Source and evaluate SME LAP proposals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct field visits and marketing activities.
Drive loan sourcing and portfolio growth.
Recommend loan applications as per policy.
Coordinate with internal teams for processing and disbursement.
Cross-sell relevant financial products.
Track portfolio performance and support customer service.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SME LAP, NBFC sales, or mortgage lending.
Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Experienced professionals with strong communication, analytical skills, and a background in NBFC or mortgage sales.
