Join Info Edge India Ltd as an Assistant Manager, where you will engage with pre-qualified leads, promote FastForward career services, and drive repeat sales. This role involves outbound calling, explaining product benefits, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable solutions. You will maintain strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and deliver high-quality interactions in a performance-driven environment. Deep product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a consultative sales approach are essential to succeed in this role.
Connect with pre-qualified customers via outbound calls.
Promote FastForward and other premium career services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Drive new and repeat sales consistently.
Maintain accurate call logs and follow-ups.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales metrics.
Deliver high-quality customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Up to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, telecalling, or subscription sales.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with equivalent experience may also apply.
Sales-driven professionals with excellent communication and convincing skills. Ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
