Job Description :

Responsible for configuring and implementing the ServiceNow platform including modules such as Incident, Service Catalog, Asset Management, Knowledge, and Change Management. Engage in scripting, REST API integration, and workflow design. Collaborate with teams, document solutions, and explore innovation through POCs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering

Experience Required

1–2 Years

Duties & Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Platform Configuration & Implementation: Execute all technical tasks related to configuring and implementing the ServiceNow platform.
Module Development & Configuration: Develop and configure modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Reporting.
Advanced Scripting: Write advanced scripting for Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Pages, and REST APIs.
Specialized Areas & Integrations: Work with Service Portal, Performance Analytics, and integration methods like SOAP.
Documentation & Support: Document technical designs and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and maintenance phases.
