Job Description

SBI Card Jobs – Overview & Key Responsibilities

Join SBI Card as a Senior Executive in Inventory Operations, where you will manage card personalization, embossing, and dispatch operations. In this role, you will coordinate with agencies, monitor daily card volumes, handle process audits, and ensure timely dispatch of personalized cards. You will also conduct compliance checks, publish performance reports, resolve operational issues, and support the adoption of new technologies within card operations. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in financial operations, card processing, or vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage card embossing, personalization, and dispatch processes.
Coordinate with vendors and agencies for card issuance.
Monitor daily card volumes and maintain operational accuracy.
Conduct audits and ensure SLA adherence.
Prepare MIS reports and analyze process metrics.
Resolve operational issues and customer complaints.
Support technology upgrades and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Required Experience

Experience in financial services or card operations; knowledge of card embossing technology preferred.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
